We delivered 40 accommodation units to a tourist destination on Ounasvaara in Rovaniemi. The value of the deliveries is approximately 2.2 million euros, and the client was the Arctic Panorama resort.
The log buildings were manufactured at our factory in Pyhäntä, sheltered from the elements, and delivered to Ounasvaara fully finished, interiors included. The area was completed in time for the winter 2025–2026 season to welcome international and domestic travelers.
“We chose domestic partners for the project whose reliability and quality we can count on,” says Simon Biton, who is the owner and CEO of the travel company Lapland Incoming.
"This project combines domestic expertise, delivery reliability, and seamless logistics. We are proud to have been part of bringing this project to life for tourism in Lapland," says Veli-Matti Kurkela, CEO of Salvos.
Arctic Panorama’s buildings supplied by Salvos feature a modern, rising roofline and a full-height window opening from the gable end. The windows offer a magnificent view from the slopes of Ounasvaara over Rovaniemi’s breathtaking northern nature. The bathrooms and the kitchen of each unit were tailored in detail to the needs of Arctic Panorama’s demanding guests.
