You will receive an invoice for the financing after the building is delivered. At that time, you can decide whether to pay for the log building in a single lump sum, interest-free and with no fees, or to take advantage of the installment payment option offered by OP.
You can apply for a preliminary financing decision quickly and easily online. You’ll receive a credit decision via email within minutes. Applying is free and does not commit you to anything.

You'll get a clear price
At your very first meeting, you’ll receive a draft of your own log building, along with a preliminary estimate of its price range and various customization options. When you have the facts straight from the start, you can make your decision with peace of mind.
You'll realize just how easy this project is
The Oikeastivalmis™ concept means that your building is almost entirely completed at the factory. Salvos delivers the finished interior and, if you wish, also the kitchen, electrical work, outdoor lighting, decks and glazing in the same package.
All you need is your dream
All you need is a dream of owning your own log building. Tell us what you’re looking for, and we’ll help you turn your dreams into concrete plans.
Would you like to know the exact price?
When you want specifics right away:
Let's go over the kitchen options and built-in cabinetry, window placements and lighting options, the fireplace, decks, glazing, as well as shipping and installation costs together. This will give you the most accurate price estimate possible.
While you're still considering your options:
We’ll create a comprehensive overview: a building model and floor plan that suit your needs, the exterior design, the layout, the price range, and the path to completion. This way, you’ll know which direction to take your dream in—without rushing.
