Together, we’ll create an initial sketch that lets you see your log building as a realistic virtual model. This brings your dreams to life and helps you visualize the building’s proportions and overall appearance before you make a decision. If you’d like, we can also meet at our exhibition area, where you can see the buildings in person.

We agree on the next steps
After the first design session, we’ll schedule a second meeting and give you time to consider the various options at your leisure. During the second meeting, we’ll finalize the details regarding the log building’s features and materials, and you’ll receive the final price for the project.

Customer Experiences
Truly ready to use, in as little as an hour
When your Oikeastivalmis™ log building is delivered to your lot, it is completely ready for use. For example, a sauna delivered as a single unit is ready to be heated on the very same day—all you need to do is light the stove. Installing a building delivered in two or more modules takes a little longer, but it, too, will be ready in a matter of days. If your building requires water and electrical connections, you’ll need to arrange for those yourself.
Manufacturing at the factory takes about 9 days. Everything is made completely ready to go.
Installation takes as little as half an hour, and for large buildings no more than a few days.
The building will be delivered fully finished and ready for use.

Not necessarily. If the lot has already been identified, we’ll take its specific characteristics into account in the design. If a lot hasn’t been identified yet, we can still move forward with the building design. The plan can be refined later based on the site.
