Housing Fair in Lempäälä, July 10–August 9, 2026
At Site 34, you can step inside six fully finished log buildings. You’ll see the new Koli collection, a sauna cottage, a sauna cabin, an outdoor sauna, a log cabin, and a year-round vacation home. The doors are open, so come on in.
New · Debut at the Housing Fair
Koli combines modern architecture, efficient use of space, and proximity to nature. Large windows bring the landscape into the interior, and the high-ceilinged living area extends all the way to the loft.
Koli is built entirely at the factory. The building is lifted onto the lot in one piece, truly ready, so the on-site construction phase is short, and you’ll be able to enjoy your new cottage quickly.

Installation takes as little as 30 minutes, and for larger cottages, a maximum of a couple of days.
You'll get a fixed price right away, even before construction begins. The total cost won't increase along the way.
