Frequently Asked Questions About Log Villas
Are the log villas really delivered to the lot fully built?
Yes. Salvos Oikeastivalmis™ log villas are delivered fully finished—either as a single unit or in modules. For example, a ready-made sauna is delivered to the site ready for use: the electrical work, sauna stove, and finishing touches have all been completed at the factory. Installation on site takes as little as half an hour.
How soon will the log villa be ready for use?
A log villa is manufactured at the factory in about nine days. On-site installation is extremely fast—individual buildings can be ready for use even on the same day. For larger projects, installation takes no more than a few days.
Can I customize a ready-made log villa to suit my own preferences?
Yes, you can. Every Salvos building is custom-designed to meet the customer’s specific needs. You can choose from a variety of floor plans, log options, equipment levels, and exterior styles. The design is free of charge, and based on it, you’ll receive a fixed-price quote.
