Are these ready-made cottages for year-round use really delivered to the lot fully built?
Yes. Salvos ready-made cottages for year-round use are delivered fully finished—either as a single unit or in modules. For example, a ready-made sauna is delivered to the site ready for use: the electrical work, sauna stove, and finishing touches have all been completed at the factory. Installation on site takes as little as half an hour.
How soon can a ready-made cottage for year-round use be put to use?
A log cottage is manufactured at the factory in about nine days. On-site installation is extremely fast—individual buildings can be ready for use even on the same day. For larger projects, installation takes no more than a few days.
Can I customize the finished product to suit my own preferences?
Yes, you can. Every Salvos building is custom-designed to meet the customer’s specific needs. You can choose from a variety of floor plans, log options, equipment levels, and exterior styles. The design is free of charge, and based on it, you’ll receive a fixed-price quote.
