A Small Outdoor Sauna with a Great Atmosphere
Although small in size, compact outdoor saunas offer an authentic and enjoyable sauna experience. The gentle heat from the wood-fired stove and the atmospheric log construction make taking a sauna just as relaxing as it should be—whether in a yard, at a cottage, or on an island.
A compact outdoor sauna fits even on a small lot and is an excellent choice, for example, for a city yard, next to a small cottage, or as an additional sauna. You can choose the log thickness, the colors of the interior and exterior surfaces, window options, and additional features entirely according to your own taste.

Frequently Asked Questions About Salvos Small Outdoor Saunas
Do I need a permit to build a small outdoor sauna?
Usually not, but it depends on the municipality's regulations. We'll help you determine whether you need a building permit or a permit for specific work. If one is required, we'll handle the permit application for you at no charge.
Can the foundation for a small outdoor sauna be included in the delivery?
Yes—or, if you prefer, you can have the foundation built by a local contractor. We'd be happy to help you find the right option.
How customizable are small outdoor saunas?
A great deal. Even though the size is compact, you can customize almost everything: the placement of windows and doors, interior paneling, colors, the sauna heater, and, if necessary, insulation. This way, you’ll get a sauna that fits perfectly with both your style and the boundaries of your lot.
